What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Credit Cards are processed using our processor company, ProPay. Once processed, you will receive a receipt from ProPay. We also accept checks and money orders, however these will have to clear our bank prior to delivery of product.

What shipping methods do you offer?
A:
We ship to both U.S and international destinations! For U.S. shipments, we ship via UPS Ground. Orders are processed in under 48 hours, with most processed the same day. We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. APO/FPO locations, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS. APO/FPO orders will be charged a $15 handling fee in addition to actual USPS postage. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

For international shipments, we ship via US Postal Service Priority International. Below is a chart of the costs.

Q: Return & Exchange Policy
What is your return/exchange policy?
A:
All returns require a return authorization number (RMA#). Pleae give us a call or write us an email and we’ll be happy to give you one. Sorry, returns without an RMA# will be refused. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items that are not restockable (i.e. price stickers are affixed, packaging is damaged, discontinued items, etc.) wil be credited less a 15% return fee.
